Welcome to VaiLocal!

Mentorship and jobs for young adults in St. Louis

VaiLocal helps students unlock their potential. Since 2019, we have been trusted by dozens of local organizations and hundreds of young people in the search for jobs, internships, volunteering positions, and tutoring opportunities.

VaiLocal's success led our founder, Giuseppe Di Cera, to be recognized in the St. Louis Inno Under 25 as one of the top entrepreneurs in St. Louis.  We also received grant funding from the Taco Bell Foundation Ambition Accelerator and participated in the University of Chicago College New Venture Challenge. VaiLocal's expertise in building jobs boards led the United States Senate Youth Alumni Association to request that we build and manage their alumni jobs board.

“It has been really cool getting to pursue my interest in social media marketing while also being on the inside of the real estate business. I am able to use my own creative instincts in the realm of my assignments which makes my work fun and exciting."
